Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

The Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provide a comprehensive overview of the functions of the Permanent Commission against Corruption (PCAC). They outline the remit of the Members of the Commission and delineate the roles and responsibilities of the administrative staff who assist the Commission. Additionally, the SOP includes a set of step-by-step instructions to guide the administrative staff in carrying out routine operations. The scope of this SOP is to familiarize the administrative staff with the operations and proceedings of the PCAC, to ensure they can effectively perform their daily duties, and to provide the necessary administrative support to the Members of the Commission, as well as to assist any person or entity requiring the services of the PCAC.
